Introduction: I've been baking since I was 13 and after graduating Magna Cum Laude from Johnson and Wales University with degree's in Baking / Pastry Arts, Culinary Arts, and Food Service Management, I decided it was time to put those skills to good use and start my own bakery :) The ability to work from home and create my own schedule is high on my list of favorites but the look on a brides face or the 5 star review a bride leaves after a wedding is definitely the best part. It lets me know that other people are enjoying what Im doing as much as I am.
