Kamisha did a fantastic job with the move-out cleaning of my apartment. She brought all her own cleaning supplies and all I provided was a trash bag. Kamisha was polite, timely, and very professional. I would definitely use her services again!

The cleaner had me sign an agreement. I’ve never done this before and didn’t like the photo clause. I signed saying I didn’t agree with the clause and for that portion to be disregarded. This ended up not being a problem. But in that agreement she said the following services would be provided (I will comment on each section ): Dusting/sanitation of all surfaces (this was not done in its entirety. I told her this was the most important because my son was sick and that why I hired her bc I was I needed help cleaning while taking care of my sick child. She only disinfected common surfaces not all surfaces. Vacuuming & mopping floors (this was completed) Wiping counters & sinks (this was not completed in its entirety. She did well for the sink in the bathroom but she did not thoroughly clean the sink in the kitchen. I had asked her if organization was a part of her services and she said yes and I explained to her that I needed help with organizing the kitchen and the bathroom. She just suggested getting baskets and did no organizing.) Cleaning mirrors (this was done) Bathroom sanitation (this was completed) Trash removal (this was done) Fridge wipe-down (this was discussed prior to her arriving, I told her I would like the fridge cleaned because I needed to organize it anyway, this was not completed) microwave (I do not own one so this was not applicable)& stove/oven cleaning, (this was completed) Baseboards & crown molding wiped Cabinet doors (this was not completed everywhere, there were areas that it wasn’t done.) Scrubbing tile & showers (this was completed) Ceiling fan & high surfaces dusted (this was not completed) For a deep clean for $150 she worked from 9:20-1040 and half of the things she was supposed to do were completed and the other half either wasn’t finished all the way or not at all. She was a very nice person and she was very amiable and was even sweet with my son but I am a little disappointed.

thank you for your feedback. I believe there may have been a misunderstanding. Organization isn’t included in the $150 cleaning rate, as it’s a separate service with customer-provided tubs/baskets. For the fridge, I mentioned it needs to be emptied first since I can’t remove food items. I’m always happy to correct anything, and it’s very helpful if concerns are mentioned before I leave so I can address them right away.
