- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My social media management services come in 3 different packages ranging from $399 to $899 per month and my rate for administrative services is $15 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once it has been determined that we are a good fit for each other, I begin by drafting up a contract which includes work to be completed, rate of pay as well as method of payment. Once the contract has been reviewed and signed, I then begin work. I create a Dropbox folder for each client which I grant them access to. In the Dropbox folder there will be a "Welcome to Khadya's VA Solutions" document for them to review. It contains everything about working with, my hours and my business and personal contact information. For projects that based on hourly pay, I track time using 17hats.com and keep a detailed summary of how my time is spent.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the administrative field since 2006 when I joined the Marine Corps. Since then I have worked as an Excecutive Administrative Assistant for various organizations ranging from non-profits to local government. Additionally, I trained through VAClassroom.com to receive my certification in Social Media marketing.
