- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing includes food, labor/serving, travel, sales tax, and a transaction fee. All invoices, payments, and receipts are sent via Square to your email or phone by text
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have a consultation to discuss any allergy, dietary restrictions, food preferences, and the menu for the event or meal prep. From there, the client will receive an invoice and pay accordingly. One to two follow ups will be conducted after booking/deposit to make any last-minute changes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Chef/Owner of Prosperity Chef Services is classically trained at Johnson & Wales University with over 8 years of experience. All employees and contractors have at least 5+ years of experience in the kitchen as well as a formal culinary education.
