FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our in home consultation is complementary. This is where we get to know one another and discuss the details of your goals. Package pricing varies depending on the project and number of sessions you purchase. See detailed pricing on my website. We do have packages available with two or more organizers if you have a time sensitive situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we will schedule your FREE 15 minute phone consultation to discuss your needs and my services. After the phone consultation, we will schedule an appointment for your 30-60 minute complementary in home consultation. At your home, we will discuss in more detail the areas youd like help with and decide on the how many sessions you would like to purchase given your goals. We may talk about any special organizing products you may need or already have and determine any other job requirements. Our organizers will begin developing your custom solutions during this time. You can choose to participate in the project as much or as little as you can/want to, which will affect the number of sessions it takes to complete the project. We will sign an agreement and some other pertinent paperwork and take care of the payment for our services at the time of the in home consultation. Finally, we will schedule a day and time to get started! We will work around your schedule in three+ hour sessions. On the first day, we will arrive with all the necessary supplies and tools to get the job started!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with busy Moms who need help setting up systems to keep their households running smoothly. We have helped clients with downsizing their homes and moving into new homes. We have come alongside stressed out, overwhelmed clients who just didn't know where to start to get their homes and/or offices organized. We love ongoing clients who call us from time to time with a new project or to just spruce up some systems we've previously created for them. Some of our favorite projects are helping people who are in some sort of transition period. This can be stressful, and it is fulfilling to help bring peace and structure to these situations.
