- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a conversation with him/her to get a better understanding of their overall goal and ask what is he/she wanting to accomplish by hiring me? Once this is identified, I will assess the space and determine which supplies are needed (storage bins, labels, etc.).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is in the Human Services, Social Work, Life Coach field. It's very natural for me to want to help others to live their best life. Sometimes, there are mental obstacles/barriers that can prevent one from doing so. There can be physical barriers as well that can translate into clutter and being disorganized... not realizing that the clutter can contribute to uneasiness, anxiety, depression, etc. Clear the clutter and clear your mind.
