- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are the luxury side of the home organization business and pride ourselves on building sustainable & effective organization systems customized to each individual clients needs. Our service hour rate is $80/hour per organizer. We typically have at least 2 organizers on a project at a time. Additional expenses include the price of products and any trash/recycle/donation removal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is setting up a 15 minute Discovery Call where we go through our pricing and process, learn more about the project from the potential client and and help answer any questions. The second step and critical part of the process is our In-Home Consultation. This is where we would come to your home for a 45-1 hour meeting to discuss the space(s), take photos and measurements. We spend a lot of time understanding the current state of the space(s), what is working and what is not and goals for the end result. From there, we build a proposal of the estimated cost for the project. Once the client confirms the proposal, we require a 50% retainer and then we get you on our schedule from there!
