Ty took me as a client when I was trying to prepare for my first bodybuilding show. I was behind the game and needed guidance desperately. He told me that I had a lot to do to get ready, but he would get me there if I did my part. He gave me the no nonsense business I needed but also encouraged me along the way. He took me all the way to the end and not only was I ready the day of the show, but I took 1st in my class and overall in Junior Figure. I came home within 2 trophies that proved that with awesome coaching and dedication I was able to do what to thought was impossible at one point. Ty gave me the opportunity to cross off something very significant off my bucket list. I can't thank him enough. Love him even when he can give tough love. I would highly recommend my coach and my friend to anyone that needs a trainer/coach

Ty is a great guy to work with. Very humble, knowledgeable and hard worker. If you are looking to lose weight or become stage ready. This is the guy for you. Been with him for a year now, and have lost 50 lbs and made great gains.

Ty is a great trainer. He always keeps my workouts interesting and different. I'm never bored and we never do the same workouts twice in a row. Also, Ty has helped me increase muscle and size while decreasing my weight. I would recommend Ty to anyone!

I chose Ty as my personal trainer more than two years ago when I was a size ten and really needed some serious motivation. I've been in and out of the gym my whole life but Ty pushes me to do more and I saw results so much sooner than trying to do it on my own. I'm a size four now and couldn't be happier with my results. Ty is not only a great trainer but I call him a friend!

Ty has been an indispensable resource in my weight loss. With his help, we put together a meal plan that I could prepare and enjoy supplemented with exercise sessions. I could not have lost those 25lbs without him and built new habits that have made me so happy with myself.
