- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new clients mean a new chance to sharpen my skills. As a beginner photographer I am offering lower rates and a larger gallery. - First in the process is a consultation either over the phone or over zoom. I always encourage a zoom meeting so I can get to see the beautiful face I'm working with/photographing. This is a chance for us to get to know each other and for me to learn more about the style of photos/editing you want to capture. - After the consultation I will send a contract and invoice for 35% of the total cost via Square invoice that you can then pay with a debit/credit card, or Square CashApp pay. - Between date of deposit and day of photos the client can text or email me any questions they may have. During this time I put together an inspiration document that I bring with me to the photography site. - A week before the session, the client will receive another invoice for the remaining balance. - Day of the session, I will be at the site 10-15 minutes early to ensure I can find parking and client before our agreed start time. - After the session, please allow at least 3-5 days before you receive your gallery link. - Client will have 1 week after photos have been received to request any touch ups. - Note: You never have to worry about how to pose! I arrive on site with a list of prompts and poses to get you and your party comfortable.
