Rene was patient and methodical in her efforts to resolve the printer problem remotely. Exhausted all the potential troubleshooting avenues before concluding that physical examination and manipulation of the suspected area of concern was necessary. During the home visit, the very next day, she examined, wiped and cleaned moving parts, and itdentified the offending part/obstruction, and removed it. The printer is back in operation!
