Trey did a fantastic job. Was on time listened to my concerns regarding the pressure being used on the cement and the tools that I wanted him to use to clean it. I will diffently have him do my future jobs.The house and drive way look like new.

They came on time, gave estimate after looking at scope of work. We had to adjust timeline due to weather. Returned promptly for any retouch work. Too bad I did meet them months ago during my search for contractor. Next time, they will be at top of my list.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a 1st time customer we start by asking the customer to point out or discuss the major areas of concern. This starts us on our path to customer satisfaction and helps us to better asses the situation. The next step in our process is to explain to our customer how we intend to eliminate their concern and meet their needs, by walking them through our servicing or repairing process.
