Here at Guardian Home we offer licensed home inspectors to inspect your new home for safety defects. Some of our same licensed inspectors also serve as repair personnel. So when someone arrives to your home you have the confidence of knowing they’re a licensed and competent.
Guardian Home Inspection is the creation of decades of hard work in the Inspection and Home Repair/Remodeling Industry. Our founders have created partnerships with the likes of Lowe's, Home Depot, Best Buy and many other retail providers, but we wanted a way to help our community before finding themselves with a major problem.

You’ll not a better handy man than Jessie. He was responsive, punctual and extremely professional and polite. He installed an over the range microwave and re-stuck and caulked a kitchen sink (which our plumber said would need a counter top specialist to fix) - all for a good price. I’ll be looking no further than Jessie for future needs - he’s a very talented and polite professional.

Whirlpool delivered a replacement for our lemon of a dishwasher, but the company contracted to deliver it couldn’t do the hard-wire install! So they basically just dropped off this enormous box in my kitchen & left. I’m 1 week away from delivering a baby & needed this solved. Guardian came to the rescue with a same-day install & haul away of the old unit! Thank you, thank you!

Jessie gave me an arrival window and then texted me to say he was on the way. He showed up at the scheduled time with his tools at the front door, and went straight to work. He installed the faucet quickly and tested to make certain it worked, and explained the accessories and tools that came with it for maintenance. He charged a fair price with no attempt to upsell. I highly recommend him to others.

Though the work is still ongoing, I’d like to provide some positive feedback for Sykes Home Solutions. My particular situation saw some delays due to the appliance itself and delivery issues. Jesse has been very flexible and has offered to come by at my convenience when the final (hopefully) appliance delivery occurs, indicating that he respects my personal time. My entire experience thus far has been great in terms of Jesse’s professionalism and his commitment to making sure the installation meets/exceeds expectations. He offered to come by on a Sunday to provide service which is beyond expectations in my opinion. I would use Sykes Home Solutions again in the future.

Jessie did some minor plumbing work for us and we were impressed with the quality of his work and his knowledge. Got us scheduled for the next day. Really personable and friendly, and it’s obvious he can do a wide range of services. Will definitely be hiring him for other jobs!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on gaining repeat customers. I am willing to charge less to secure your business long term. My goal is to be the only person you call for your in home needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I create some time before I begin to just talk with them. I allow them to give me a tour and explain their vision for the project. Which often leads to other topics.
I’m naturally a people person so I enjoy when people open up and talk to me. I try to make everyone feel comfortable and assured that will provide the solution they need.
