We charge a $50 assessment fee to visit your property, if you hire my company the $50 is taken off the cost of the job.

Jim and Bo were INCREDIBLE. I desperately needed a yard clean up (without chemicals) and they were not only willing to oblige, they had ideas and went the EXTRA mile on all the details of my yard! My bushes are so trim, my grass is perfect and all the weeds and mess in the garden is CLEAR for us to plant.
I am hiring them long-term for maintenance. Jim is also going to trim a much needed tree, mulch our muddy yard. ..and power wash and clear our patio.
Our baby, our dogs, and US love our new clean (and safe! They removed a big rod in the ground free of charge for safety!) yard. I finally feel like we can enjoy it peacefully and I intend to let them keep.it up. Thank you!

Jim is extremely professional and ease to work with. I was out when he completed the work around my yard. Upon arrival I reviewed the work and had couple of areas which required some refinement. Jim showed up the very next day, took up all the items and completed job to my utmost satisfaction. I would certainly recommend Jim and look forward to using his services in future.
Jim was on time, very responsive and respectful. Our yard looks wonderful and the work was done at a great price. We will definitely be using his services again!
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be reasonable with the costs of the job, building my business is my focus, so being fair to the customer is very important.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My price is an estimate, but I can provide a more accurate price if you send me pictures of your property or send me your address and I can search on google maps for the property size.

lived on a golf course....that was my classroom, I can do many landscaping jobs etc.
