- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start by making a great first impression. Tell the customer about our business and what services we offer. Then we want to really understand what the customer wants. This means asking questions to figure out their specific goals, any challenges they're facing, and what they expect from our services. We do a customized proposal depending on their needs and always open to any questions or concerns and address them promptly. When you're working on a project, we make sure we're focused on doing great work. Our goal is to always meet or even exceed customer's expectations. Quality matters. Finally follow up and request testimonials and referrals.

I have accumulated valuable experience and expertise through my work with various window cleaning and power washing companies in the past. My extensive on the job training and hands on experience have provided me with in depth knowledge of industry best practices, safety protocols, and the use of specialized equipment. I have honed my skills in window cleaning techniques, power washing methods, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
