Our house needed some TLC and TRex provided it! Very friendly family owned business that shows attention to detail. They are down to earth and understand the need for a presentable exterior of your building, and deliver. Finished in under 2 hours on our 2 story (filthy) house.

I had T-Rex come and power wash the siding, front porch, and back deck on a new house I purchased. The previous owners were not big on maintenance and the siding was green and filthy. Now it looks brand new! This is now a house I'll be excited to invite my friends and family to see!

They were here quickly and got the job done fast but perfectly. Our house looks terrific and all of the mildew and window junk is gone. They were responsive and communicative the entire process and made it easy to set up and get done. If we ever need any more power washing, we will be contacting T-Rex Power Washing first. He kept me informed on when he planned to be here and at an alternate time to come by when it rained on our initial time. Also informed us about paint that is coming off a trim and was delicate power washing that part of the house. The team did a great job power washing and cleaning our gutters, my house looks great.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING WORK!! First off the communication with the client is 100% spot on! Clear instructions and timelines, they text prior to arrival, they show up ON TIME! Flawless! I needed a company to do the job with their own water source! That's why I hired T-Rex!
Jayson and his truck/trailer arrived on property with everything you need for the pressure washing industry,
to include (his own 250gal IBC tote of water)!
Not wasting the client's water is #1 factor in this business. That's like borrowing the homeowners lawnmower to cut their grass then charge them the same price! Heck NO!

My house was built 3 years ago but never cleaned by the previous homeowners. We moved in last week and knew it needed alot of work!
Jayson went above and beyond and you can tell in his work ethic! He has a smooth, systematic process to complete the job and make sure the client is satisfied!
