- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We received a call from an owner in November 2012 whose property had been cited with two pages of violations from the city. The sad part is, this owner lived out of state and had no idea, it was being managed by a Property Management company and had been vacant for over 90 days. We facilitated the repairs which were approx $13K, met with the city inspector to clear the violations and are happy to announce a happy tenant moved in this property in February 2013.
