I've dealt with Pertease over the last month, she has been very helpful and responsive. The transition into the home was not stressful as she walked me through all needed steps and followed up after I moved in. She has also helped correct minor issues. This is a great Property Management group.

I've gone through a lot of property management companies while renting my apartment in Charlotte, NC and Victory has by far been the best to work with. I've had some nightmare experiences in the past with previous property management companies and I'm very happy to finally have landed with Victory.Their online portal is super easy to use and they are always very responsive to my maintenance requests. My main POC Catherine is great, she is always available via email or text and responds to me about any issues I have with my apartment and she keeps me up to date with any announcements about my complex.Overall it has been a positive experience working with Victory Property Management!

I would 110% recommend the MoveZen team to any landlord looking for a trusted property management partner. I am a first time landlord and naturally had a number of questions about the process. I met with a handful of the top rated property managers in the Charlotte metro area and MoveZen stood out by far in their knowledge of the Charlotte market and their ability to work with me to provide a custom service that addressed my major questions/concerns. I worked with Monique Mustafa and from our first meeting she was able to convey her knowledge of the industry/market and provide a realistic timeline and expectations. I had to move out of state and she was great at managing 3rd party contractors to get the house tenant ready and market the house in a timely manner. She was prompt and every insightful with all of her responses to my numerous questions. All in all, from the day I turned over the keys, she was able to get the home rental ready, market, and find a quality tenant in less than 4 weeks. I am looking forward to working with her and the MoveZen team on my next rental home!

Victory Property management company helped me out starting with an eviction process. Had a bad tenant who was not paying the rent and they helped me out with the problem and took over managing the property, found me a great tenant who is not only maintaining the property nicely, but now have also renewed the rental contract already.I have also gave them another property of mine and within 2 weeks found a new tenant for me at the rent I was expecting.Catherine and Jennifer are the 2 managers I worked with and both have been great at all the times. Any questions I have at anytime, they are easily approachable and answers my questions at all the times.
