I've gone through a lot of property management companies while renting my apartment in Charlotte, NC and Victory has by far been the best to work with. I've had some nightmare experiences in the past with previous property management companies and I'm very happy to finally have landed with Victory.Their online portal is super easy to use and they are always very responsive to my maintenance requests. My main POC Catherine is great, she is always available via email or text and responds to me about any issues I have with my apartment and she keeps me up to date with any announcements about my complex.Overall it has been a positive experience working with Victory Property Management!

I would 110% recommend the MoveZen team to any landlord looking for a trusted property management partner. I am a first time landlord and naturally had a number of questions about the process. I met with a handful of the top rated property managers in the Charlotte metro area and MoveZen stood out by far in their knowledge of the Charlotte market and their ability to work with me to provide a custom service that addressed my major questions/concerns. I worked with Monique Mustafa and from our first meeting she was able to convey her knowledge of the industry/market and provide a realistic timeline and expectations. I had to move out of state and she was great at managing 3rd party contractors to get the house tenant ready and market the house in a timely manner. She was prompt and every insightful with all of her responses to my numerous questions. All in all, from the day I turned over the keys, she was able to get the home rental ready, market, and find a quality tenant in less than 4 weeks. I am looking forward to working with her and the MoveZen team on my next rental home!

I moved in to my apartment in October and now that it has been a little more than 5 months I would still very highly recommend MoveZen Property management to anyone. My direct contact Jennifer has been amazing. Anytime that I have had a question or just not sure of what to do in a situation she has been there for me. My husband and I have had a good experience with Movezen. Jennifer has helped us the entire process and is such a delight to work with! The home tour and application was a fairly quick and smooth process. We saw the home on Zillow and took a tour the next day using their lockbox system. We are excited to be in our new home and family friendly community with the help of MoveZen.
