Founded in 2014, we have been providing professional, full property management and tenant procurement services, including leasing, applicant screening, property visits, evictions (rarely), and real estate sales, all while continuing to gain as much education in our specific industry of Property Management. We have been a professional member of NARPM® (National Association of Residential Property Managers) since 2013, have quickly become a respected and trusted property management company in the Charlotte Metro area, and are ready to help you make the best decision that is right for you. PG Management Group was founded by Pamela Greene in 2014 after spending some time in the property management side of real estate (2010-present). Pamela is a North Carolina Realtor® and has been licensed in real estate since 2007. Ian Pain joined PG Management Group in 2015 as a licensed North Carolina Realtor®, and as a NC Notary Public.
