- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pride ourselves on offering exceptional service at great value, we offer two service types: FULL-SERVICE: We handle all aspects of your property. Marketing/Tenant Placement fee is only $399 and the monthly management fee is only 7% of the rent. $0 lease renewal fee! TENANT PLACEMENT ONLY: If you don't need help with the day-to-day and are just wanting a highly qualified tenant placed in your property, we offer this service for the price of one month's rent!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have a brief call with new customers to understand their current needs, discuss strategy for maximizing their investment's value, and setting a time for us to go by the property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Owned and operated by licensed and insured NC & SC Brokers who own their own investment portfolio in the Charlotte market. NARPM accredited management company.
