- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a consultation to learn about your property and investment goals. From there, we create a customized management plan and walk you through our services and pricing. Once you're ready to move forward, we handle everything from preparing and marketing the property to tenant screening and lease execution. After a tenant is placed, we take care of the day-to-day management, including rent collection, maintenance coordination, inspections, and owner reporting, so you can enjoy a more hands-off ownership experience.
