I own a rental property that RPM has managed for me for several years. They have done a great job! Communication with them has been prompt and professional. They do a great job with financial reporting, reliable payments, clear contracts and periodic inspections. They have also done a good job of carefully screening tenants to make sure that we get good renters who take care good care of our property. I could not be more pleased with the service they have provided.
