A large part of our business is helping investors buy and rent property. We provide a turnkey service, from helping expedite closing, to taking your rental to market to placing a tenant after doing all the due diligence and screenings.
When clients approach us to be their realtor they get many qualities and deals working with us. We have a buyer and seller rebate program with buyers can earn up to $8,000 in cash towards closing costs! We love to serve our clients so we believe a portion of our commission should also benefit the buyers and sellers!
