- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Having lived in various international countries as well as in the U.S., I love meeting and engaging with new people! As I am meeting a client for the first time, we get to know one another through phone conversation or face to face meeting. At this point we are creating the foundation for the bigger picture that lies ahead. I love to listen and soak in every word so that I can capture and focus on your true desires, wants, and needs. I love to create a personalized action plan that will not only give you an overview of what your journey looks like but I will also advise you on the key steps that will give you the results you are looking to achieve. Most importantly my clients become a part of my family! I become your #1 supporter and trusted advocate throughout every phase (before, during, and after) of your journey.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Obtaining my Undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice as well as my Masters degree in Public Administration, I am not intimated by the ever changing laws of real estate. It is my fiduciary duty make sure that you are aware of your rights throughout the real estate transaction and that your rights are protected each step of the way.
