FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you are a seller, then don't always go for the agent who gives you (or gives into you) the most attractive list price. The first 60 days of the listing is the most critical time to attract buyers. If it's overpriced, then you lose out on activity and later people will question if a good house then WHY on the market so long. Go with the agent who knows the market and can prove value by recent comps and seems like a go getter with his/her marketing. If you are a buyer, then just go with someone you gel with and that knows the market of the area you are interested in. You will want to feel he is inept at doing the required due diligence and is good at returning your phone calls.
