$200 Owner Setup Fee: Scarlett Properties requires this fee upfront. The payment is used for setting up your home for rent including processing paperwork, lockbox, showing services and professional real estate photography. 10% Management Fee: Scarlett Properties charges a 10% monthly management fee to manage your rental property. This fee covers monthly administrative tasks such as receiving and handling rent payments, incoming phone calls, scheduling maintenance request, etc. 50% Tenant Procurement Fee: Scarlett Properties charges 50% of a full month's rent to procure a tenant for your rental property. This fee covers the costs of advertisements, property listings, showings, processing/screening applications, lease documentation, etc.
