- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge per fixture, so pricing is clear and upfront for each item. For larger jobs, I do require a deposit before starting. If the scope changes once we start, I discuss any price adjustments with you first.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I focus on residential plumbing, including new construction rough-ins, fixture installations, and plumbing work for remodels.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience in residential plumbing through on-the-job training and continued learning with each project
