I was completely freaked out about a suspected leak. Kevin came out the same day he was contacted in the app. He took time in attic to investigate thoroughly. Showed me pictures and kept reminding me it happens all the time. He said it was an easy repair. They came back out the same week and got it done with very little interruption to me. It was an easy process which I greatly appreciate. He showed me pictures of what they repaired and the process since I wasn't getting on the roof. Anyways it was a good experience!
