All I can say is WOW!!! This whole experience was amazing 10 out of 10. This company walked me through the whole process and was very transparent from the beginning to end. The customer service was outstanding, they made me and my mother feel like family. They are very passionate about their job and customers. Very knowledgeable on their products as well they will fight for you to get the best price. Every person we met was very pleasant and knowledgeable which made us feel secure about moving forward with the company. I really appreciate every single person at American Eagle Builders, with no hesitation I will always recommend them to anybody who needs a roof or any type of service from them. When it came to the day of the project they was on time and got to work right away they made sure they cleaned after their selves on the work site during and after the job was done, just amazing all the way around. American Eagle didnt just change my roof they changed my perception of contractors.In a world where its hard to find companies that are truly serious, responsible, and transparent, American Eagle proved that there are still professionals who genuinely care about their clients. They handled absolutely everything with my insurance, and the only thing I paid out of pocket was my deductible. They took care of the entire process, from the initial inspection to the final installation. They kept me informed every step of the way, met every deadline, and the result was incredible. My roof now looks better than ever, the gutters are brand new, and the entire job was covered by insurance. Best of all, they left my home spotless after the work was done.
