- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am pretty relaxed on pricing, I am in school and want to do something that i have a passion for and make a little money, If you have a really small or easy to resolve issue, I am happy to give a discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to get the customer information, as detailed as possible information on the issue that the customer is having, and set up a time for them to come to me or me to go to them depending on convenience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in IT in the Army for 4 years as a network admin and technical support chief. Computer technology is also my passion and something that i enjoy researching and learning about though i do not want it to be my career.
