Clay and Karie responded right away to a soft tub cleaning request that we had and helped us reassess our issues with it, even recommended a hot tub instead, which would be better for maintaining at our short-term rental property.

Highly recommend Mass Pools & Spas. Clay called back right away when we called for service, set an appointment and showed up right on time. He did such a fantastic job cleaning our hot tub - it looks brand new! Will be having him come out regularly as he's now our preferred pool & spa service!
