I bought a new heat pump and needed a pool company to plumb it. Reached out to several companies, and Skylar at Phoenix Pools of the Carolinas responded quickly. Sent him pics of what I had, and he was able to provide me a quote.
When he came onsite, he was READY! His work was first rate, and he finished quickly. I am 100% satisfied with the quality of his work and the affordable price he quoted.
Looking to have Phoenix Pools of the Carolinas do some additional work on my pool by adding a waterfall. Phoenix is able to perform a lot of different work outside of simple pool maintenance such as modernization.
BTW-Skylar is also an Army vet. Great to give a veteran the business. Will definitely be using him in the future!

Skylar was responded the same day and came out the next day to figure out what was wrong with my pool pump. He also figured out what was wrong with my pool light which ended up saving me money.
