Our pricing is clear and straightforward—no surprises, no hidden fees. Each service is quoted up front, and you’ll always know exactly what you’re paying for. We offer recurring service packages (weekly or bi-weekly) that provide the best value, as well as seasonal promotions and referral discounts for loyal customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a quick consultation to understand your pool’s condition and your goals. From there, we recommend the right service package—whether it’s a one-time clean, an opening/closing, or recurring maintenance. Once you’re scheduled, our uniformed, trained technicians arrive on time, complete a detailed checklist, and leave your pool swim-ready. After each visit, you’ll get a full service report so you always know what was done
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Pool Scouts technicians complete a thorough training program covering water chemistry, cleaning techniques, safety, and equipment care. We’re also insured, background-checked, and supported by a national franchise system that invests in ongoing education and best practices—giving you peace of mind that your pool is in expert hands.
