We recently bought a pool home with pool pump problems. I found Jeffery through Thumbtack and he was able to stop by and assess my problem that same day! On site he knew it was time to say goodbye to our old pump and worm out plumbing. He pointed out plumbing problems that the jokers at Pinch-a-Penny completely missed! He hooked us up with a new, top-of-the-line, variable speed pump that is not only 10000% quieter but is now saving us money on our electric bill! He is smart, reliable, super knowledgeable, competitively priced and gets right back to you with answers and estimates... He even got our project done a day early! We started using Crystal Clear Pools of Estero 8 months ago when we purchased our house in Bella Terra. We are very pleased with the service we have received since then. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free pool inspection upon first arrival. We inform the customer of everything obtaining o their pool. This information is then e-mailed and stored on your online account with us.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified pool inspectors, technicians and operators. We continue our education an attend trade shows and product classes. So we stay up to date.
