John spoke at a NAWBO event in 2013 and the event changed my thinking about customers and changed my business! My staff and I use his book as a guide for the customer experience. Mr. John brought excitement and awesome information to our organization's employee recognition day. He arrived at the event prior to his appointed time, engaged with the guest, and took pictures. He truly exemplified how we could make our day to day magical whether at work or in our personal lives during his presentation.
