- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
GroutLift offers **FREE, no-obligation estimates** for all projects. Our minimum service charge is $300 for approved work, not for the estimate itself. Every project is different, so pricing is based on the condition of your tile and grout, the size of the area, and the services needed. My goal is to provide lasting results at a fair price, with clear, upfront pricing and no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by learning about your project and the concerns you'd like addressed. From there, I schedule an assessment to evaluate the condition of your tile and grout, discuss the available options, and provide a detailed estimate. Once approved, we schedule the work at a convenient time. I take pride in communicating clearly, protecting your home, and making sure you're happy with the finished results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before founding GroutLift, I served as General Manager of The Grout Medic of Charlotte, where I gained extensive hands-on experience in professional tile and grout restoration. My background also includes years of hands-on home maintenance and repair work. This combination has given me a strong understanding of materials, proper techniques, and the attention to detail needed to deliver quality results.
