Good quality work by the crew. I had some tile that were improperly adhered and grout that was popping out. They adhered the tile and resealed the grout. Finished product came out looking very professional. Pleased with their work.

Fawn was able to come out quickly and give me an estimate. Frank then came out and did the work. Loved the result! Shower and bathroom floor looked better than new! One small part of the shower was missed, but Fawn was very responsive and came out quickly to resolve the issue!

They came out right away to do a free estimate to do grout work in our shower. She was very knowledgeable in her field of work. They scheduled to come back to do the work as soon as possible. Different employee came to do the actual work and she did a nice job. I was hoping our shower floor would have come out whiter since we were told during the estimate that it could get much better than it was due to the wax build up from bar soap. Unfortunately it still has a gray tinge to it. Definitely better than before, but not a significant enough difference though. Still very grateful for all the hard work that was put in to get our shower room looking good with the new grout and cleaner shower floor. Thank you Groutsmith Carolina! We will be able to use our shower again in 5 days! Yay! Highly recommend them!
