Our pricing is based on the size of the area, the condition of the tile and grout, and the type of service needed (cleaning, repair, or full restoration). We provide clear, upfront estimates with no hidden fees. Our goal is to deliver high-quality, long-lasting results—not quick, temporary fixes—so customers get real value for their investment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to understand your needs, followed by photos or an on-site evaluation. From there, we provide a clear recommendation and estimate. Once approved, we schedule the work at a convenient time, complete the job with attention to detail, and make sure you’re fully satisfied before we leave. Communication is consistent from start to finish.

I bring over 20 years of hands-on experience in tile and grout repair, cleaning, and restoration. I’ve owned and operated a business focused specifically on these services and have completed various industry trainings and certifications related to tile installation, repair techniques, and proper cleaning methods.
