- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As every job is different so are the prices associated with that job. However some standard installs have a set starting price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When Working with new customers I like to talk with them, learn exactly they are hoping to achieve. Once I have a proper understanding of the scope of work I can explain how and what I will do to make sure we are all on the same page. Once the plan is approved by the customer work is setup around their schedule.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Before I served in the US Army I was a young kid eager to work in the family business. My family back in buffalo owns and curently operates two construction companies, I started at the bottom learning and worked my way up to a foreman. After being retired from the Army I went to work for myself and have not looked back.
