Ra reached out within a few minutes of submitting my request. He was able to come out next day. He arrived on time and was very professional. A part was missing that was required to install the fan so he was kind enough to run to Lowes to get it. He even offered to not charge for it but I was impressed by this gesture and gave a bigger tip. I highly recommend Ra and will be reaching to him in the near future to replace all fans, light fixtures in my house.
