Kenric was fantastic to work with! He helped me install my new AV receiver and went above and beyond by walking me through the current functionality. Not only did he make sure everything was set up correctly, but he also patiently helped me troubleshoot a few items. On top of that, he explained how my separate outdoor system works so I can get the right equipment. Kenric is knowledgeable, thorough, and a great teacher.
