Although he could not see me on the weekend because he is very busy, he came out ASAP on Monday and fixed my dryer. He explained everything to me as he was working. He had everything he needed to fix my dryer. He even got his shop vac and vacuumed all the dust, cat and dog hair and everything inside my dryer. Give me suggestions for better brands to buy for the future they don’t break so easily like the whirlpool dryer I have. It is less than two years old and the heating element was burned out already. He also told me that he works on all types of appliances - gas and electric so that is very helpful for me in the future I will call on Vasili again if any of my other appliances stop working. I would also recommend him to anyone who has an appliance stop working. He did not try to upsell me treated me with much respect the whole time."See more

I had attempted to install Wifi thermostat on my own... but not knowing where and which wire was the "C" (Common) wire. I was stuck. Jilson came out the next day to help install for me. A lot went wrong with Sam, he’s very incompetent. He couldn’t install the nest thermostat properly. He could not fix the thermostat without it breaking after 25 mins, even when he put the old one on. HE TRIED TO STEAL MY ORIGINAL THERMOSTAT BY PUTTING IT IN HIS BAG THINKING I WOULDN’T NOTICE, UNTIL I HAD TO VERBALLY ASK HIM FOR MY THERMOSTAT BACK. He showed up late every time he came to my place. He always responded 12+ hours later to my text messages after my original payment/ installation when I texted him about my problems with the heat, it always felt like I was bothering him when messaging him. I always felt like an after thought. One time he told me that it was my nest thermostat which was the issue and instead of him coming to fix it, I should try putting the old thermostat that he tried to STEAL, back on myself. I said to myself, are you serious, then what’s the point of paying you all this money if I have to YouTube how to wire and install a thermostat. The electricians who came after him laughed and said they could fix the issue easily and put the nest thermostat back on, and this guy Sam simply doesn’t know what he’s doing or saying. I would avoid him, and hire a real professional. If you see negative reviews, I’d carefully pay attention to them. This is the first time I’ve ever written a review, but I had to do it due to how bad the experience was.

Paul came to install my Ecobee4 thermostat. He came quickly and was very friendly. Through our dialogue, I informed him that in the 11 years I've been in the home, my units have never been serviced. Paul took a look and advised accordingly. There was no pressure to proceed with additional unplanned services, however we moved forward with his recommendations. These services included cleaning the unit, topping off my freon and sealing leaks. Communications throughout were through and I believe his pricing is fair. I will be purchasing his maintenance plan in the Fall. Air-O-Seasons is highly recommended!
