- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Typical Process for New Customers at American Southern Exteriors: Initial Contact & Consultation: We start with a quick conversation to understand your needs — whether it’s roofing, siding, windows, or gutters. We’ll ask a few questions and schedule a free on-site estimate at your convenience. On-Site Assessment & Estimate: One of our experienced team members will visit your property, assess the project, and provide a detailed, written estimate. We’ll walk you through the options and answer any questions — no pressure. Material Selection & Scheduling: Once you approve the quote, we’ll help you select materials and colors, then schedule the work around your availability. Project Execution: Our licensed and insured crew shows up on time, protects your landscaping, and gets to work. We focus on quality craftsmanship, cleanliness, and communication every step of the way. Final Walkthrough & Warranty: Once the job is complete, we do a final walkthrough to ensure you’re 100% satisfied. We stand behind our work with manufacturer warranties and our own 1-year workmanship guarantee.
