My whole experience with this company was horrible. They came with the expectations of redoing my entire house and tried to finagle me into doing my whole house. They tried to tell me that the piece that came off was due to the wood being rotted underneath, which was incorrect. There was a storm that blew the basketball hoop down and took a part of the siding off of my home. Nothing was rotted. It was completely fine. It just needed to be replaced. The project manager was very rude. Was trying to get me to sign something day one which they were the first people that I contacted. Why would I go with the first person instead of shopping around. When I told the project manager this, he got very angry. his tone changed, and he was extremely rude. Gave me two different quotes. I asked for each quote separately then I asked for a third quote how much it would be altogether he quoted me almost $1600 which was absolutely ridiculous. He told me that the piece I needed to fix they would have to buy the entire role. I had the entire project done for $250 for a very nice company that came out same day firm quote was on time very quiet and did the job very efficient. I would not use this company again. The project manager was extremely rude. Never sent me the quotes that I asked for I asked for them three times in each time they kept saying they sent them and that they would send them again then they just totally stopped communicating with me sent me no quotes or anything which is fine. I will make sure that I spread the word that this is a horrible company. He literally told me the project manager that they do projects that are in excess of 40,000 or more and that he was pretty much doing me a favor when I told him that the website said small projects he then told me they don’t really do small projects and that again they do projects and excess of $40,000. If you are someone who has a home that you care about and you want it to be taken care of I would not use this company. They are not honest they are not sincere.. I will probably contact the company directly to report their rude project manager. He was definitely a coercer He was very upset that I did not want to do the job that day. I truly would not use this company.
