The 9'X12' area rug in my dining room needed serious cleaning to get rid of the urine smell left by my new dog. Anson evaluated the problem and used the appropriate solution to pretreat the areas affected. He let that work while cleaningcarpet in another area. The end product is outstanding and I couldn't be happier. All areas cleaned look like new!

I hired immaculate cleaning and restoration after reading the reviews I’m so glad that I did. Anthony did a fantastic job cleaning my carpet. My carpet hasn’t been cleaned in years and I really believed that it couldn’t be restored to its original color. Well let me tell you Anthony cleaned my carpet and it looks brand new considering how it looked before. To bad I didn’t take before pics to show how immaculate my carpet look's (pun intended) lol. Their prices are reasonable and affordable. Anthony made sure he got every spot and every corner. Great job Anthony you deserve a raise! I recommend requesting Anthony for your job. I will continue to use this company from here on out and will definitely recommend to family and friends. I also recommend this company to anyone who reads this.

Our prices are not the lowest in our industry. If you
are looking for cheap or a deal this is not the company for you, if you are looking for quality work and highly qualified technicians we are the company for you. We require a $50 deposit to be put on our schedule which is non refundable. THIS IS A NO HAGGLING COMPANY ! ***** There is an additional charge for same day booking
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There is always a certified floor technician that has received certifications from Jon Don one of the top schools for janitorial services on all jobs.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
For carpet cleaning, if you spill any type of dying agent on the carpet PLEASE DO NOT SCRUB. When you scrub your carpet you may permanently dye your carpets, blot instead. When getting carpets cleaned you have to have realistic expectations. Heavily soiled carpets will never be made to look brand new.
