When I moved into my new apartment there was water damage, mold, and smoke damage. Jim and Annemarie did an amazing job getting the place looking like new. It is wonderful to know that all of the damage has been dealt with and my home is safe and clean.

If you are reading this you likely have an urgent issue at hand so go ahead and dial their number while you read..... and heres why.Although I have owned and managed multiple buildings, homes and rentals over the last 30 years and have had my share of issues.Most recently however, I have had two instances of significant water damage at my personal residence. I was fortunate to find these guys close by and have used them both times. I cant say enough about my positive experience with this ENTIRE team.The owners, Jim and AnnMarie, operate with a level of integrity and service excellence that Ivefound painfully missing from competitors.The technicians are knowledgeable, attentive and extremely focused on assuring you can live,breathe and function as best as possible during your disruption. Jim and the guys came out to see what I had going on from moisture build up in my crawlspace. They were professional, thorough, and generous with their time answering all of my questions and in follow up. Together we determined that a clean up would not be sufficient as the reason for the problem in the first place would likely reoccur. It is a pleasure dealing with people who run their company with integrity and honesty. I would highly recommend anyone with a damage restoration need make Servpro of South Mecklenburg County their very first call.

I so appreciated the professionalism of SERVPRO of South Mecklenburg County. I found them through the Nextdoor Neighbor website, and so glad I did. Everyone I dealt with, from my first phone call with Anne-Marie, to the three guys who helped deal with my wood floor damage from the cracked toilet flange were great - personable, reliable and diligent. They were here when they said they would be here, and they completed the work in an efficient manner, leaving everything in the best condition possible for the new floor installation in my powder room.. I would use them again and recommend them highly to any who have an issue that is within their services!
