- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with with a phone conference or a in person conference at our office in Charlotte NC. From their we evaluate client expectations on both graphics and functionality so we can provide the most accurate and cost effective development process. We then produce a rough draft of the website on a testing platform for evaluation. The clients current website is not taken down in the interim with this method. After we release the rough draft, we have a detailed conference with our client on changes needed to modifications. Once this is done we then proceed into marketing and SEO options to make the site impact the web as best as possible.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Check if the business will meet face to face and that you can work directly with both your graphic designer and you web developer. It is important that both graphics and functionality needed in a web site come together properly. Also it is important that you can have a working relationship after the website is complete. We offer ongoing maintenance services to prevent hacking and malware being added into the websites once they are up and running. We also offer change requests so that your website can stay current to your latest offerings from your company.
