- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts are often offered or available. Please feel free to ask if any discounts or offers are currently going on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love new customers! My first step is to get to know them and their needs. I deliver questionnaires which can help us both get an idea for the type of photography they are looking for. I'm available by phone, text or email for all customers, so even new customers with lots of questions can always reach me!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I never stop learning. Workshops, webinars, classes, you name it! I do everything I can to keep honing my craft. That being said though, I am self taught. When it comes to photography, you either have it or you don't!
