- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first goal is to get a complete and accurate understanding of what a client needs to ensure that we are a good fit. Once I understand the end-goal, I can then more accurately communicate with the client to explain how I can assist them, timelines and any other details. Depending on the client needs, my aim would be to complete the task with accuracy and ahead of schedule (if there is a deadline) . My ultimate goal is to make sure that the clients needs are meet, that they are satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to hire me again or refer me to another business owner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am college educated with 15 years of corporate experience. I am also a self-taught social media professional with multiple digital properties earning passive income with over 750,000 combined users.
