Introduction: My name is RJ Knowles. I am a dedicated husband and was blessed to marry my middle school sweetheart with whom I share three wonderful kids. I live and work in Clemmons, NC. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work in residential and commercial pest control environments, as well as manage a branch for a well-established pest control company. It became clear to me that my community needed a reliable pest control solution that would treat each customer like family. That is the inspiration behind Reliable Pest Control Services. Came out to our new home for a mouse issue. Inspected all around and in the crawl space. Gave great recommendations with no pressure to go through them for the various fixes. I was extremely impressed and felt more than comfortable having them service our current issue. I highly recommend Reliable Pest Control. R. J. was very prompt in responding to my inquiry on Thumbtack. He was also able to schedule an appointment on the same day. Unfortunately, it began to rain while he was enroute so he felt it would be a disservice to us to spray with the rain approaching. He offered to return the next day. As promised he returned and was very prompt and extremely professional. We will definitely use his services in the future and will recommend him to others!
