I contacted around 10 different professionals late last night to preform an extremely last minute furniture move. I am a young single mother whom just had a very major, debilitating surgery right around two weeks ago. Due to this I got stuck in a situation where I needed a very large very heavy piece of furniture moved within 24 hrs or I would lose this $1,400 brand new piece of furniture that I was blessed enough to get for next to nothing. I was so stressed out about being able to get this item picked up. This company responded very quickly, within maybe 20 minutes of sending the quote request. They quoted me a very reasonable price for the item. It was right in the middle of the other prices I had recieved, but what sold me on using them, was their enthusiasm and the ability to preform the task immediately. They scheduled me for 9:30 the next morning and were on location before I even was. They took great care in loading and unloading my item, followed me back to my home and they brought it up a flight of very steep very narrow stairs, removed everything off my old unit, including my 75 inch tv (with incredible care), my sound bar, candles and miscellaneous items that were on the old unit, and put it exactly where I asked. They then continued to assist me in placing my TV on the new unit (again with incredible care and Delicacy) and getting it all plugged back in and set into place. They were extremely professional, did not doddle or waste time to raise the price. In fact they gave me one flat rate for the move instead of per amount of time. I could not be more thrilled with their work and I WILL ABSOLUTELY use them again in the future for ANY handy work, moving, furniture assembly, flooring, drywall, pressure washing, plumbing or ANY other miscellaneous job I need done!!! They are a jack of all trades and I will recommend these kind and professional gentleman to EVERYONE AND ANYONE THAT I KNOW AND THAT WILL LISTEN! They did me a huge favor and I am so so thrilled!
