FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service begins with a diagnostic visit to properly identify the issue. The service fee is applied toward the repair if you move forward. Pricing depends on the appliance, issue, and parts required. Once diagnosed, you’ll receive a clear, upfront estimate before any work is performed. Top Flight Appliance Repair offers select discounts for military/veteran customers, seniors, and returning clients as a courtesy. My focus is on accurate diagnosis and long-term solutions—not temporary fixes or unnecessary part replacements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every job starts with a structured diagnostic process to identify the exact cause of the issue. Once the problem is confirmed, I walk you through the findings and provide a clear repair option with upfront pricing. If parts are needed, they are ordered and the repair is completed as soon as they arrive. The goal is to fix the issue correctly the first time and avoid repeat visits whenever possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Master Certified Appliance Repair Technician with advanced training in diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, and refrigeration systems. My training includes EPA Section 608 certification and specialized programs focused on sealed systems and advanced appliance repair. I stay current with modern appliance technology through ongoing training and hands-on experience with a wide range of brands and systems.
